the plan is that every month, $70 will be deducted from your acc and it goes into this another acc. This new acc has a higher interest rate [12 times more than the usual one] and help you snowball all your $70 dollars for you! you cant touch the money for the first 2 yrs. subsequently, you can withdraw up to $500 per yr if you want to. If you don want to, it will be carry fwd to the next yr where you can withdraw up to $1000 [if you didnt withdraw any at all in the 3rd yr la.] This plan will last for 25 yrs! until im 34!
