2nd day in taichung, we venture out of the city to the lavender cottage! we thought it won be cold. end up we totally froze the whole day.
its at xin she (shinshe) and it takes about 2 hrs from the city by bus!
but we overshot eh :s gotta take back again! from where we alighted, we had to cab into the cottage for another hour!

but thankfully its worth it! muahaha.
the road is FREAKINGGG narrow. so if 2 cars can barely sit tgt on the same road. one has to stop for the other to pass first. to be safe! and the other one has to go off the road to be slightly lying on the mud/grass patch. DANGEROUS SIA. haha.
despite how difficult it was to get there, there were really a lot of people there!!
anyhow we got there safe and sound (:
We had to pay a NTD100 for admissions! but its not gone to waste! 60 goes to food, 40 goes to gifts! its like a funfair coupon! BUT! the only thing tt is ard 60 is ice cream (IN THE COLD WEATHER, YES.) and the only thing ard 40 is postcard...
and finally the star of the show.. the lavenders may may!!

pretty horses were used as the postcards pictures! (: we make our own then! hahaha.
there is also these slips of paper that are for ur wishes. u can hang them anywhere, so i climbed to the highest place of the whole place and hung mine there...
this machine is really cool cos u insert ur tickets and when the green light appears, it shows that the lavender smell is alr sprayed on ur ticket! mighty cool! but this mini house that stores many diff chops for ur postcards if u wanna send them out together w ur nice smelling tickets! they even have a post box ehh! (:
