Breakfast on the 2nd day of taichung was settled at a nearby shop, hongya han bao.
I ordered this ru lao bing (cheese biscuit?) that is really interesting. its a roti prata wrapping a sandwich! so my sandwich was a bacon with bacon and egg.. SO GOOD!! and this shop is everywhere!
their breakfast comes with tea and coffee as well. but the tea is like bubble tea kinda tea!
Feng Jia Night Market!
Its the most crowded place we've been to so far! everyone is packed together like sardines and you got to move together! even if you dont, you'll be pushed by the crowd and be forced to proceed! muahaha.
1) steamed dumplings! they poured this starch water into the pan together with all the dumplings placed upright. cover it and wait. TA DAH!
2)fried chicken! buy one get one free! heh heh later on i realised that some of them even have bones! O.O oooo.
3) direct translation would be big sausage wrap small sausage. ehh this store is so famous it has a tv in front of it showing this feature of them! they let you choose the flavour of the smaller sausage inside! as you can see, in between the 2 is glutinous rice! and they have lotsa sour veg, cucumbers, that makes it taste mighty fresh! but wah the smell is very :s :s like something spoilt! lols. but it taste damn good!
4) blended drinks! all sorts of flavour! we got the yakult one. aye but we thought it was snow ice. so disppointing! will contd to look out for it! wahaha (:
